Charles has been working with us as an external partner for years, and will now be deploying his extensive brand development and design expertise exclusively as a member of our team. In this capacity, he will help further elevate our own unique brand, and those of our clients.

With 35+ years in the creative industry, Charles has built a distinguished career that began in the music business at Bertelsmann Music Group, RCA and Atlantic Records. His expertise spans various sectors, and his collaborative, creative leadership has enabled him to work alongside some of the most talented artists and art directors in the country. 

In 2007, Charles took a bold step and founded FZ Creative, an award-winning brand marketing and design agency in Yardley, Pennsylvania. Over the years, his team has crafted impressive brands across multiple industries, including financial services, staffing and careers, B2B product development and more. 

His client roster speaks for itself, including noteworthy names like: Hilton Worldwide, TransUnion, TIAA, Northern Trust, Six Flags, Cisco, ServiceMaster and more. He has also previously, and successfully, worked with some of StreetCred’s existing clients. 

In addition to his work at FZ Creative, Charles founded FZ Works, a dynamic creative space in Yardley, PA, built to foster collaboration, innovation and community.
