Stoyan BojinovAccount Director
Stoyan is passionate about helping others uncover their story and telling it in engaging ways. He got sucked into the stock market on a whim and studied finance at DePaul University in Chicago. Eventually he found his way into financial media through an internship that turned into an editorial role at a rapidly growing network of publishers covering ETFs, dividend stocks and trading strategies. While helping the startup scale (and eventually get acquired), he developed a knack for mediating between content and sales teams, sifting through investing commentary, and keeping pace with the news cycle on Wall Street.
Prior to joining StreetCred, Stoyan ran the public relations department at a boutique agency focused on the ETF ecosystem, with clients including asset managers, fintech platforms and index providers. He’s helped launch well over 100 different funds, covering everything from actively managed equities to quant-driven fixed income to leveraged crypto. He has extensive first hand experience with a variety of marketing campaigns including script writing for animated videos, collaborating with designers on infographics and leading cross-team messaging sessions.
Stoyan is an outdoor enthusiast at heart, (genre-agnostic) live music fan, and is proud of his Bulgarian heritage. He loves cooking up simple, hearty Balkan recipes and making magic with whatever he finds laying around in the pantry.
He lives with his amazing wife and daughter in Portland, Oregon, where he enjoys hiking, paddle boarding, having a picnic along the river and laughing around the campfire with friends.
